Well, today was good. slept until 5, so no food there. my parents woke me up for supper... i just didnt wanna eat, is there a problem with that?'

Hey Everyone,

II was gonna start dieting properly on monday but iv had a really shit week, my kcals have been low as usual but i havent exercied properly this week :(  so it all starts today!! im gonna hit the gym everyday for the next 14 weeks!!! i need to lose 28lbs by August 1st an i rekon i can do it!! Gonna keep my kcals at 750 or lower so hopefully ill reach my GW before my target!!

I lost four pounds this week!

My parents wanted to go to dairy queen but i just got the kids meal and ate some applesauce, i think they're suspecting something. They said they wanted to take me to a nutritionist.

Does anyone have ideas for how to get them off this? I can't purge; I tried once, and I just couldn't do it. Otherwise I would just eat something in front of them. I'm afraid they'll say something to my therapist though.

Help?

Are they bad for you?

It's good because they keep me busy, and it looks like im snacking all the time.

But I think they have a lot of salt.

Does anyone know? Will I gain weight from them?

So, I go through these patterns in my life where I just eat constantly. I binge like theres no tomorrow. And I'll gain weight like crazy. Than once I do, I work it all off and stop eating. But I can never get under 130, because as soon as I get close, I lose control again. I feel disgusting, but a lot of my friends are either overweight or have high metabolisms, so I can't find the support I need. I'm hoping to find it here.

i hate parents, i hate the guilt 
i shouldn't care about throwing away the food
i do though
my friends and teachers are all watching
i miss it so much
i can't believe i had every considered stopping
this is my life
i love ana so much
nothing is better then feeling your bones
or seeing them in the mirror
volleyball is my passion
i love it alot
i need to be skinny
why is this so tough?
i wish others could help out but no one understands what i am about
